The experience in Project Management was acquired in two different positions:

1. Working from the Netherlands on International projects, mainly involving product development in the Netherlands with as a next step industrialisation of these projects in our factory in China, or industrialisation for our factory in Czech Republic.

Development and industrialisation of the metal components for the second generation Senseo Crema coffee maker.

Development and industrialisation of the Shaver Charger stand for Philips Philishave

• Co-development with Pezy and Philips DAP Drachten
• Tool manufacturing in Shenzhen area in China
• Manufacturing line set up in Shanghai area in China
• Production in KeyTec Suzhou in China

2. Working from Hungary as a commercial manager, I was responsibe for the project management of "flag ship" projects, which involved customer contact and product development in Europe or Asia, acquiring of production means in China and Europe and production implementation in Hungary.

Co development and production of metal components for LCD TV for Philips Consumer Electronics 

• Co-Development with Philips Development in Brugges (Belgium) and Singapore. Here we won the best practise award for the 2007 Design in Workshop
• Resident engineering in Singapore
• Tool manufacturing in China
• Production in Hungary
